Refund & Returns Policy

• Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, original-packaged items.

• Custom or Sale Items: Final sale—no returns unless defective.

• Process: Email kuinijewellery@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method or store credit if you choose to once items are received and inspected.

• Damages/Defects: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or full refund.
